Terms of Service

By accessing or using Code Load ("the Service") at codeload.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Service. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Code Load is a community platform where registered users can share referral codes and promotional links for third-party apps and services. Visitors can browse and use those codes.

Code Load is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any of the apps or companies listed on the platform unless explicitly stated. Referral codes are submitted by users, not by those companies.

To submit codes you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering.
• Keep your password confidential and not share access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Be at least 13 years old to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, are harmful to the platform or its users.

By submitting a referral code, description, or any other content to Code Load, you represent that:

• The code is yours to share — you legitimately received it by signing up for the relevant service.
• The content does not violate any third-party terms of service, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.
• The content is not false, misleading, or fraudulent.

You grant Code Load a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute your submitted content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to remove any content at any time for any reason, including content that violates these Terms or that we consider harmful to users.

You may not use Code Load to:

• Submit fake, expired, or fraudulent codes.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the platform without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Spam the platform with duplicate or low-quality submissions.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

Referral codes on Code Load are submitted by users. We do not verify that codes are valid, active, or will result in any discount or benefit. Use codes at your own discretion.

Code Load makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any code for a particular purpose. The terms and conditions of any referral program are set by the third-party app, not by us.

The Code Load name, logo, and original site content are owned by Code Load and may not be used without permission. App names, logos, and trademarks displayed on Code Load belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Code Load uses third-party analytics services including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Clicky, and Microsoft Clarity. These services collect usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Code Load is also subject to the terms of those providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Load and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including but not limited to loss of savings, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Code Load and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using Code Load or delete your account at any time. To permanently delete your account, go to Profile Settings and use the Danger Zone section. Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes your profile, all submitted codes, follows, and ratings. This action cannot be undone.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
