Code Load ("we", "us", or "our") operates codeload.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using Code Load you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide:

• Account information — email address, username, display name, and optional bio or website URL when you create an account.
• Referral codes and descriptions you submit to the platform.
• Messages you send us via the contact form.

Information collected automatically:

• Device information — browser version, operating system, screen resolution.
• Usage data — how you interact with the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, codes revealed).

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time directly from your Profile Settings page (Danger Zone section). Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, all submitted codes, follows, and ratings from our systems. Alternatively, you may request deletion by emailing hello@codeload.com. Analytics data retained by third-party tools is subject to each provider's retention policies.

Code Load links to third-party apps and websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Code Load is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion of your account and data — available to all users directly from Profile Settings.
• Objection to or restriction of certain processing.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information). To exercise any rights not available in-product, email hello@codeload.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Code Load after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
